Title: Info on uplift days at Coombe sydenham ? Post by: slimjimvw on April 30, 2008, 23:14:57 PM After a year off a bike due to injury ,(see sig ;D) i'm now back on a bike.
I wanna have a bash on a proper DH track/uplift day. I have been looking on the NACC site for details and Coombe sydenham and Avill Ball caught my eye as i'm only down in Exeter , so not to far away. Now , seeing as i've only been back on bike a month i'm a little rusty and was wondering what sort of level the courses are ? My usual haunt is Haldons red/black runs. I ride a Bullit but a friend of mine only rides a hardtail , are they suitable for hardtails (Norco , so sturdy) ? Also it would be cool to put some faces to the names on here and meet a few of you. Its suitable for most abilities. Theres the step down but that is rollable. It was used in NPS a few years back, that gives an indiacation of the quality of the track.
