Who's feeling stupid? We are organising an Unofficial Hardtail World Championships to be held at the Mega this year. We are having T-shirts printed courtesy of Cotic bikes for anyone nuts enough to attempt the Mega on a hardtail. Cotic bikes are also giving away one of their BFe (http://www.cotic.co.uk/product/BFe) frames to the fastest hardtailer on the mountain. If you want to get involved and show the full bouncers what real riding and endurance is all about drop me a message at Rob@Cotic.co.uk This is a bit last minute so if you know anyone who may be interested please pass the word on. You can't do much worse than last year. However i'm sure you could whip my arse regardles of whether you're on a hardtail or a full susser. How about all racers in the Unofficial Hardtail World Champs must have a fully function air horns! I'd be well up for it if i had the money to actually get to the mega, i can barely afford a trip to the alps at all this year. Maybe next year. Thing is, the actual mega race is more suited to a HT as there is some annoying up hill sections and it ain't quite as full on as the qualifying track. See you there next week ;-) |
