Title: Re: marzocchi Post by: ajb100 on December 20, 2005, 16:57:21 PM sounds like you just need to put more air in
Title: Re: marzocchi Post by: hickery on December 20, 2005, 21:00:17 PM look on the marzocchi site there service manuals can be helpful (altough not always!)
Title: Re: marzocchi Post by: Brocko 1010 on December 20, 2005, 21:51:27 PM how much airdo you have in your forks. Think 30psi is minimim but im not sure on that. Around that anyway.
Title: Re: marzocchi Post by: ajb100 on December 20, 2005, 22:00:50 PM wouldnt have thought theres a minimum pressure, would depend on the riders weight and style
Title: Re: marzocchi Post by: Bentley on December 21, 2005, 12:58:47 PM wouldn't be surprised if there was a minimum as the 5th has a minimum. Can't be doing the forks any good with too little air in.
Title: Re: marzocchi Post by: emily on December 21, 2005, 15:02:44 PM I dunno the answer, but changing the air pressure will have an effect on the rebound anyway, so maybe you do just need to put some back in.
Title: Re: marzocchi Post by: Joef on December 21, 2005, 21:57:25 PM i wouldnt use exrs for anything more than road riding and youve probably done them some damage internally if youve been using them off road :(
Title: Re: marzocchi Post by: mrweasel on December 22, 2005, 14:28:09 PM I had a pair of those about a year and a half ago. I did the same with mine, If you pump the air back up to suit your weight they will improve. Mine were 04's i think and the rebound was terrible on them even if they were adjusted to my weight, lots of people have felt the same as well, generally poor rebound. If there 05's they might be better i don't know, haven't used them
Title: Re: marzocchi Post by: Joe Ed on December 22, 2005, 16:59:56 PM i think you should change the forks and buy a trailpimp and mx321 really
Title: Re: marzocchi Post by: 2adpr on December 22, 2005, 17:06:10 PM thanks for the advice. i'll try putting some more air in them. Then invest in some descent forks.
