Will probably be fine with a 8" rotor (200mm approx.) Hayes or hope, if you set em up nice and look after em, both will work, so whichever you can get cheapest i would suggest.

185 , you could probably even get away with 205/8'' rotor - Most likely it will void the fork warranty. I don't think it's realy worth asking hope or hayes because there have been so many unsolved debates over this issue already. Some people prefer Hayes some Hope, hayes are definately better value for money and in my opinion easier to maintain, but im sure some peope will tell you otherwise!

Yeh, it's true, so i would ignore it if people tell you one is crap, cos the very next post will tell you the other is crap. i have hayes, they work alrite, pads have been playing up in the bad weather, but the brake itself is fine. I've ridden some hopes, and they work easily as well. If you wanna save so dosh, get diatech anchors, my brother has em , and they are just as good as my hayes, if not better, and work out at almost half the price.

What kind of riding will you be doing?Huh if your just riding trails you wont need a huge brake or even a front brake (but thats personal preference).............

I only run 160mm front and rear on my 4X bike and just a 160mm rear on my DJ bike...........but run a Ti6 205mm front and Mono4 180mm rear on my DH bike

To be honest, id go for Saints too, they come standard as 74mm post mounts which suit the manitou perfectly, so no worrying about correct fitment. it will definatly be a case of fit and forget.
