As Marc Beaumont said today, if they can have a World Cup here they could have one in Shrewsbury...

Anthill is the word on most peoples lips.

Huh???

It seems to be that every week or so there is a new question about car insurance for young drivers, usually bemoning the fact that they cannot find something under £2,000 blah blah blah...what insurance do you use? blah blah...I didn't realise that it's not just the size of the engine that matters  Roll Eyes and so on (you get the point).

Now I know that the search button is there for them but the use of this seems to be much more hassle than posting another topic on this frankly very dull subject.  Is it possible to have an 'Insurnace Queries' sticky where the benefits of using Quinn Direct and 'should I declare my Ripspeed mods?' topics can be disucssed?

You can't get the BOS internals any more for other manufacturers forks.

It sounds like they changed the shim stack in the damping cartridge for you. Which 'is' something you can do yourself, and the instructions are on the Fox website. Be warned though, as its easy to trash the cartridge & Mojo will relieve you nearly £300 for a new one.

There is more you can do than changing the shim stack, but you really need to understand the intricacies of suspension tuning & its impacts to what effect it will have on the actual feel of the forks.

If you're brave, have a play, even things such as changing the oil weight in the cartridge can have an effect on the feel of the fork. Be prepared though, for if you make an expensive mistake!

Well, it's a toss-up between going with the Syncross rims, the white one look's nice. And it doesn't have the Halo branding all over it which i dislike. If my LBS can't get them in, i'll go with the 721's and Hope Pro 2's. Not my 1st choice now, after seeing the Syncross rims, but like i've said before. Form before fashion i suppoze, could always try get the limited White 721's. Still listed on the MTB site.

And while your there you'll be able to veiw a little Uplift trailer of ours thats up for sale on a certain Auction site!

Yes you too can be uber cool and run your own mini uplift operation with this 14 bike+ trailer (and no you don't need a Monster truck to pull it, you can tow it with your car!).
