No, the gif I was given was 1.4MB. Thus I stripped out the images and used AJAX to rotate them. I kinda like the rustic look, but yes, they will be smartened up one day.

Looking good.

Only slight problem I'm getting (not that I'm bothered but you might be) is the "southerndownhill.com" logo in the top left is appearing as just text on the forum frontpage, in topics it appears as the logo though.

It was broken for 10mins just before lunch, but I fixed it then. I suspect its a local cache issue. I've switched my template to that you use and its okay for me. Anyone else seeing this?
