This weekend (June 2nd-3rd) will see the nps4x circus hit this brand new track at The Edge Activity Centre near Bridgnorth, Shropshire

The course cut into the hillside is a big fast wide open track with a massive berms and jumps.

Chris Roberts race director said “Spectator’s have amazing views from a big grass bank over looking the whole track. You can see the UK ’s top riders battling it out in elbow to elbow action at breakneck speed over the big jumps”.

Saturday is British Supercross Championship round 2.

Scott Beaumont took the first win of this new series back in April at Chicksands with Tom Dowie (Idenitti Bikes) in Junior category qualifying 2nd fastest in front of many of the established pro riders.

Supercross format

Open to all riders of any age the top 64 fastest riders qualify for supercross race. The top 3 fastest qualifiers in all age groups win prizes & trophies.

The last race was the largest turn out of riders for an nps4x race, over 140 people racing in 10 age groups it turned out to be an amazing weekend of racing.

With another big turn out of riders for this weekend the racing is going to be close as ever.

The Pro class is really starting to hot up now, Scott Beaumont (Rocky Mount ain) leads the series going to rd3 with Steve TAYLOR (Dialled bikes), Richard BATEY, and Martyn OGDEN (Ram Bikes) close behind in 2nd,3rd and 4th places.

The race track is not far from Bridgnorth seen of the Uk’s 1st official downtown street race last October.

Parking and camping is track side and with a Mount ain Board jump jam on Saturday night and for those wanting a bit of extra entertainment there are quad bikes and clay pigeon shooting on site.

Full info and directions on www.nps4x.com and there is still time to enter the race online or to come and see the most exciting cycle sport on the planet.
