Use the search button, or the marzocchi site, or the windwave site or google. There must be hundreds of instructions to be had on the internet on how to do this. Most marzocchi forks are very similar to each other in terms of servicing.

Dont clean your seals, buy new ones.

theres a sticky on the mbuk forum for Z1's but they are virtually the same fork...........

all you gotta watch for (on my Z150's anyway) is not destroying the ETA adjuster whilst removeing the cartridge, you need to remove the top cap by using a 10mm spanner on the brass nut directly beneth the top cap.....it really is a piece of the preverbial

crc do the full service on most types of forks. try there. dont think that its that expensive and they replace most bits for you

It is. At the end of the day unless the seals and bushings are gubbed I would say your better off doing it yourself. Not difficult or particularly time consuming...

its one less thing to break i spose

according to the zocchi manual your forks have a hscv cart in the left leg (as viewed head on) and a non adjustable pumping rod in the right.
The hscv cart id a doddle to remove but the pumping rod may still be bolted onto the top cap as per an ETA cart

Cheers, i'll have a crack at them this weekend. they need new oil and probably new seals as they feel sticky if you pump them of the bike.
