Managed to dismount over the bars onto a 6"diameter tree stump with my righthand thigh - causing - as you can imagine - a purple leg.... Was wearing full dianese armour, but my Impact shorts have only got side plates on them, Im lookin to purchase something with front padding, maybe padded all the way round until my leg is 100% again coz if I hit it again on summat soon I will probably do a little wee in my pant's and burst into tears, such is the gamminess of my appendage...

Anyone recommend anything??   

Good stuff those things, stopped me tearing myself a new one on the quarry at inners - sharp chunk of rock pierced through and gave me a bruise but was stopped by the padding. Also covers your hips, cocyx cocsyx coksyx tailbone and the front of your thigh (well enough to deal with what you described).
