Bit of dalby, first attempt at a vid.
« on: July 18, 2007, 12:39:06 PM »

The quality isn't very good, and it's worsened by going on youtube. I don't think it's worth uploading to eengoedidee to be honest, so I'll leave it online. Went to dalby forest in may for 4 days of riding, didn't use the camera much apart from on one day. My mate took his cam as well, and got some good vids of the dh track, which he has on his computer, and I'm trying to get hold of so I can edit them into this one.
My 1st real attempt at a vid, but saying that it's only movie maker so It's nothing special.
Your thoughts and feedback would be appreciated. Oh, and the sh*t filming on the northshore was due to the fact my mate cannot run and film.
Some of the credits buggered up, adn I couldn't be arsed to clean it up. The final version with the dh, will be tidy and sorted I hope.

There were some good clips, but with the northshore you would have been better to do a few short decent clips rather than one long shaky clip, eg you could film one clip stood still then stop and run ahead of the rider and start another clip stood still. I would have preferred less stills, it got a bit boring, so if you put must them in, select only the very best.

Cheers for that guys, as I said I'll be putting together another one, this time taking into account what you said, and what I know was w*nk.  Smiley

Also, on another mates camera there's vids of us hitting a 16ft drop in mansfield, and that's good quality vid as well, so If i can get hold of that it'll give me an excuse to get it on eengoedidee.

Camera word was really bad, couldn't really tell what was happening most of the time! But it has some serious potential to be a good video!

You always know what to say ben  Wink

Yeah, as I said 2 of my riding mates have better video camera's, and we've already got some drop footage, so over the summer we're gonna try and film as much as we can, around what we have to ride in nottinghamshire.
It'll be edited on Mary's (a girl I know) Mac, and some additional software she's bought. So it should be a good 'un  Grin
