Trapped nerve in my wrist.
« on: July 23, 2007, 00:13:06 AM »

I'm goign to France on saturday too.
Its been 4 weeks since i did it.
It still hurts abit.

I've been putting deep heat on it 3 times and day and havnt had it doing anything major.

Does anybody know of any quick ways of healing it or just relaxing the muscle more?

Thanks Dean.

Hmmm , sound very similar to something i had after a car crash - i guess you get it from a hard crash on a bike to.

Something to do with the median nerve being compressed when it goes through the carpel tunnel in your wrist , i compressed mine in the elbow but its the same feeling. My hand is still numb 11 weeks later  :'(
