[ sarcasm ] f its to do with my downhill bike i take it to halfords, best shop by far imo
[ /sarcasm ] GOD where on earth do you live ? I myself work in my local halfords, and yes we do have a few good tools .. but you try finding them, they get used and then misplaced. I only take my dh steed if i need the rack to tune gears or some form of major work because i dont have the tools at home. Back to topic ... I think any good bike shop needs : - good, friendly service - knowledgable staff - good resources, ie, tools and links with main important distrubtors - clear displays, ie, bikes out so customers can sit on them or at least see them
