Cars suck , don't crash !

Hey everyone,

Just come across your site , so i signed up. I'm based in Exeter , Devon - pretty south  Wink

I've Mountain biked for years but not so much in the last couple due to cars and women , rubbish i know  Roll Eyes

Going to be out of action for a few months though due to a slight mishap  Grin





Just looking to buy myself a Full suspension bike as a fancy a bash at riding Trails , Jumps , Drop - offs and occassional Downhill.

Don't know what your advice would be as i'm a little out touch? Bikes that have caught my eye from hours of sitting on the sofa with my laptop are the Orange Patriot S , Kona Coiler and Scott Nitrous 20.

oooooo looks painful hope you recover fit and well in good time and id say patriot but not the S but the patriot coil you get like fox 36Rs for only an extra 50 quid which int too shabby

I must admit , the Patriots the one i really like. Only problem - i can't seam to find them discounted anywhere ?

As for my leg , Car crash - pretty nasty , intensive care for a week and in Hospital for a month but glad to be here tbh. Hence the sudden loss of interest in cars and the interest in Mountain biking again.

ergh thats bad. a month in a hospital thats so bad. i was struggling after a week in one.

Mate has a patriot 7+ and it is very nice and light too

Along time i think mate , they've given me a time scale - basically means the docs aren't sure  Roll Eyes

But , on the flip side its showing excellent signs of healing , a load of new bone growth showed up on the last set of Xrays.
