If i've been riding my hardtail for a while and get on my dh bike, i tend to knee the bolt on the back of the top crown, which hurts alot.
Also tore my bottom lip off my skull in scotland, could see my chin bone down through the gap (people told me, i obv couldn't see it myself) that wasn't too bad in the pain stakes, but i thought it would've been   Undecided

Some of the stuff in this thread is just brutal in comparison though Embarrassed

Shins are generally the worst, but breaking my arm in two places up at Hamsterley did smart a bit. My left arm/hand looked like I was cradling an invisible baby  Undecided

This hurt for the 3 months or so I had to have it on. Could move the wrist slightly but the metal pins pulled and you could feel it through the bones, which was interesting  Wink

Like someone else said, it's not breaking the bones (and this was shattered radius, dislocated right AC, broken ribs and twisted pelvis) it's getting them healed that hurts. I'm over 2 years away from this lot and it's still not right.

Still riding though  Grin

how about a knee to the private area in a muay thai clinch? that really hurts. now i wear a box and if that gets hit it makes a bruise around the area! or casing a jump and sitting on a ball, so it burst blood vessels and goes a funny colour.
