hey i'm really looking forward to this race,

never been before and wondered what it was like? what sort of set up is required?
e.g jumpy/ drops
      Fast and technical

i've seen the headcam but that makes everything look too slow and flat.

jumps if you want them, lots of drops, dam fast (if you have the metal) and very technical.......

lower the tire pressures, make sure you brake pads have lots left and get your arse on the rear wheel, you wont belive how steep some of it is

Oh he's done it, He just decided not to do it when I was riding right behind him. As you can imagine, The drop is alot quicker line....

Flat is certainly is not.

3 big drops.
Lots of higly technical sections- one of which jimmi almost killed me on...
Hardly any pedalling.

gutted I won't be there broke my wrist last Friday! tried contacting jason to ask to transfer practice and race day(both days) but have not had a response so looking at loosing £77 boo hoo! Will be there to watch though and offer some support! Go SDH boys!

was that when i fell off in that lil gully? or when i was tailing 2 guys who totally fudged up the entry back into the woods? (where the root bank is that i stalled on and had to jump off)

spds would be an advantage, with my rebound as low as it goes i still get bounced about BUT you'd be sodding mad to use them, its dab city up there

1 just before the silly steep chute, one just after the silly steep chute as you come into the fast bottom section and the other...........errr dunno i must be hugging the chicken line there
