1000 BEDS AVAILABLE FOR MOUNTAIN BIKE FANS FOR THE WORLDSOrganisers encourage mountain bike enthusiasts to make the trip to  Fort Williamfor the biggest, the most important and the best mountain bike event  in the world Organisers of the UCI Mountain Bike & Trials World Championships 2007  at Fort William in the Scottish Highlands – Powered by Nissan Sports  Adventure – want as many mountain bike fans and outdoor enthusiasts  as possible to experience the biggest, the most important and the  best mountain bike event in the world by highlighting the fact that  there is still more than 1000 bedspaces available in the local area. To make it as easy as possible for enthusiasts to make the trip to  The Worlds, The Lochaber Centre for Tourism Excellence has put  together a directory of accommodation availability during the event  (3-9 September 2007). There are over 225 B&B's and guesthouses with  availability, including over 90 in Fort William itself, most of which  are within a one-hour drive of The Nevis Range and Forestry  Commission Scotland's Leanachan Forest, the host venue.
