does any one know the best way to get rid of blisters on your heals? i have one on either one and ther stopping me from riding they are soo sore.

Get the specialist blister plasters from chemist. They are not cheap but do really work. They put an airtight seal around the blister and draw out the moisture. I used them on my hands in France and they worked a treat. They are usd by hikers and the like so should do the trick!

I just pop them and then stick a normal plaster on top.

Seems to do the job.
