i had a badly broken collerbone and it still is stept over by about 2cm - the only pain i get is a dull pain running the length of the bone if i come up short or take a heavy hit to my whole upper.

if its a sharp pain id say it sounds like a nerve is a bit tight where it has reattatched and if its a dull pain id say its probobly still hasnt healed to good in that area... either way id probobly do some weights and get the arm moving in circular directions and holding weights out to the front and side to see if that gives you any improvment... if not go to the docs!

broke my colarb,  took ages to heal properly, as it overlaps a fair bit! working out at the gym gradually eventually took away the pain. plus a load o pain killers sovled it. good luck
