Try putting a long 5mm allen key/similar width screwdriver in the hole at the end which is perpendicular to the axle. It is then possible to pull and twist with the extra leverage.
If that does not work, put the 5mm allen bolt back in the axle, and give it a few taps with a hammer.

And grease it up after. They are rather susceptible to getting stiff.

im not to sure. Theres like a circular thing on one of the sides of the axels, so it doesnt want to come out that way

IIRC the gemini's have a intentionally ovalised part of the axle so the axle will only come out in the right direction with a bit of wiggling.  I may be thinking of a different frame mind.

I slacken the non driveside pinch bolt and one of the two non driveside pinch bolt
remove the bolt on the driveside which reveals the axel. Ive tried putting allen keys into it, am I then supposed to pull it out of the hole?
