Totem seals

The seal on the coil leg of my totem has become a little bit weapy.....

I'm gona have a little look and clear out any dirt/muck that may have got under there......

Would anybody know...or has anybody opened theirs up yet should i have to replace a seal....Huh?

Any info greatly appreciated!

how old are they? still in warranty? contact fishers if they are.

i believe they have sorted the issues on the 08 ones (or at least i hope so....)

no...2nd hand...so i doubt warrenty

I've changed fork seals.....so it cant be that different


It is a case of undo the foot bolts.....tap and pull apart??

Anybody know the tightening torque of the foot bolts??

Have a look on the SRAM website, they have the info there about taking them apart....

Its easy to get the upper seals out, the lowers are a bit harder. Give them a clean & pack it out with grease & they should be fine. I did mine about 4 months ago when they started weeping & they have been fine since.
