when i said big tyre i did actually mean 2.3's, they're plenty big enough, last year i was riding 1.9's at all the races with the exception of bridgenorth(missed fort will i would have them there), most racers run around 2.0-2.1, i changed to use 2.3's all the time now, and at the last race at chicksands i was nowhere near as quick out the gate as when i had my 1.9's, but the bike did ride better down the track
i hope this will be my last race in the sandbaggers division as i'l get a BC license soon, atleast i've taken the mud tyres off in advance so i wont forget to do them friday night can't wait though hope it's as good as the last one
me stewart(shut your hole sausage roll) and alex(mcmuffin) will not be there on friday adnd saturday as stewart decided to jump in the river with no shoes on and cut his foot open pretty nastily. he has had stitches and is on cruches but will be fine in about 10 days. me and alex will not be there as stewarts dad was lift provider. round 3 hopefully tho.
Couple of photos from Sunday, hot very hot day, the track is bone dry and dusty, the grass has been cut on the start straight and we have take out the worst of the bumps on the start hill.
