Cyclists uneveness..

Who else is bottom heavy?

Crap drawing to show what I mean:

Cycling seems to have left me with overbuilt legs and spindly arms which sctually dislocate easily, I can never keep at "exercise" for the sake of it though.

To an extent, but I make up with the beer belly up top  Grin Its a good way of fooling people, but don't drink too much or you will look like this!

Just look at me, there is rather a lot of muscle lacking!

Afraid not Cubbage but I did take the photo, rather pleased with it actually.

Moobs, you make a very good point, after digging on Sunday my forearms hurt for ages! I used to find riding my bmx really good for my upper body actually, and I seem to use my upper body a surprising amount on my road bike also.

Dont find that to much. Yep my legs are quite muscular but i do work my upper body a lot for rugby and boxing so it balances out. Plus start digging trails and then you will get some upper body strength.

legs are too long (35 inches) and my waist to skinny(30 inches) and my thighs too big to find jeans that fit ....

ive got broadish shoulders but noodlearms Cheesy but still strong ... combo of swimming and cycling i guess

cyclists un evenness usually refers to the twisting of the patella on the kneecap where the outer quads are stronger than the inner quads .... gets really really painful ....solution ...run to even it out

yeh well, im pretty sure there is something wrong me. I think it must be my lack of leg muscles, cos i kinda have a six pack (it's fading cos im getting lazy) and my upper body looks fairly muscular. That may just be because i have no body fat at all. I did a (crappy) online test that said i had 2.5% body fat, i ought to be dead....
