Cycling seems to have left me with overbuilt legs and spindly arms which sctually dislocate easily, I can never keep at "exercise" for the sake of it though.

James, thats surely not you in the top photo is it ? Im a tad bottom heavy, my legs seem to be moere muscualr than my arms (but i can expect that obviously)
haha my arms have got loads bigger probly more from digging but bumppy S*** makes u loads stronger and it aint the type of muscle anyway its its desity thats why XC bikers look like stick men

its all about "being single, seeing double and jumping triples"
Afraid not Cubbage but I did take the photo, rather pleased with it actually.
Moobs, you make a very good point, after digging on Sunday my forearms hurt for ages! I used to find riding my bmx really good for my upper body actually, and I seem to use my upper body a surprising amount on my road bike also.
im not too bottom heavy, but then i also do kick boxing which is good for upper body

don't want your shiny frame to be made worthless and unshiny by chain rub and other such evils? bike tape is your friend! www.biketape.co.uk - buy some now; your frame will love you for it.
Dont find that to much. Yep my legs are quite muscular but i do work my upper body a lot for rugby and boxing so it balances out. Plus start digging trails and then you will get some upper body strength.
legs are too long (35 inches) and my waist to skinny(30 inches) and my thighs too big to find jeans that fit ....
ive got broadish shoulders but noodlearms but still strong ... combo of swimming and cycling i guess
cyclists un evenness usually refers to the twisting of the patella on the kneecap where the outer quads are stronger than the inner quads .... gets really really painful ....solution ...run to even it out
yeh well, im pretty sure there is something wrong me. I think it must be my lack of leg muscles, cos i kinda have a six pack (it's fading cos im getting lazy) and my upper body looks fairly muscular. That may just be because i have no body fat at all. I did a (crappy) online test that said i had 2.5% body fat, i ought to be dead....
yes totally fat thighs (thanks to snowboarding and playing football loads) and no muscle on my arms what so ever can just do like 2 chin ups n im only 10 stone
