I hope you have a speedy recovery and I hope all the physio goes well. Im a disabled cyclist, have cerbal pawsy in all 4 limbs, so movement is restricted in all limbs... but only mildly, so as a consequence ive been doing physio for the past 15 years so I can sympathise with you that the physio is hard

Mine stuck out that much that it was a move away from piercing the skin, hence having the op, and it moved every time I stood up/moved around....it was pretty minging.

6 week check from the hospital yesterday came back really positive.

I drove back up to Newcastle today to finish the uni year.  I've got a month until I can start some gentle XC, ties in nicely with the beginning of my summer holidays, im really happy, just thought i'd share Smiley

Sadly not.  No more racing for me, not for a few years anyway.  BUSA's excluded obviously.

man that sucks dude and likewise hope all it heals up good and doesnt cause problems inb the future.

Mind you 5 mounths issint 2 bad i broke my leg in 4 places a few years  a go, spent 6 mounths in plaster with 6 metal pins and three screws in it and had to use a wheelchair instead of crutches as the cast kept ripping the pins out! only to find when getting the pin's/screw's and plaster off that my leg had not set in straight and had to be rebroke {great} and to top it off theyd just noticed my acl had snapped of at the femur end taking the bone with it, so another 6 months in cast  followed by loads of physio took just over two years before i could ride and im due an operation now im fully grown to get my ACL cut to the right size as its too long which causes it to dislocate pretty much every time i ride.

get well soon and a speedy recovery man!
