Zocchi 4x topout??

I got a lot of top out coming from my 2007 marzocchi 4x's, is this normal?? and how can i get ride of it??

Slow the rebound down? Also the air pressure in each side does slightly different things. In the left side it is literally preload and does not effect the ramp up of the fork. This is because there is hardly any oil in the left and side. The air in the right hand side increases to spring rate slightly but also makes the fork ramp up more. Can take some fiddeling with but you can certainly set them up with no top out at all.

haha, thats why the rebound doesn't work and why i can't get full travel... i put 200 in the left leg and 50 in the right... the WRONG WAY ROUND!!! Cheesy will fix that later, then hopefully the rebound will work then  Grin Tongue

200!!!! Take a zero off and you may be about right. Iv got 45 in the left and about 35 in the right and thats quite stiff. They are low pressure air springs, not like the solo air system,

it says on the marzocchi website that 200 in right leg and 50 in the left

Thats the oil table your looking at (200ml in the right leg 50ml in the left) The air pressure is just to tune the feel of the fork not to act as the actual spring (there is a coil spring in the left leg).
