Update:
Road Xc for the first time yesterday.
Did some bumpy woody track Cheesy
And some extreme hill climbs and the collarbone seemed to hold up fine.

Just need to get fit so i can race megavalanche !
O yer i also managed to beat some roadies on the way back from the woods Cheesy First i beat them at track standing by the lights, then i managed to beat them in a sprint luckily my road was really close so i turned in quickly before they had a chance to overtake me !

My break was exactly the same break.Left sided break so it wasnt too bad, just in time for my mocks! Its a c**t to sleep isnt it, have to kind of sit up otherwise it hurts like hell, i broke mine about 6 months ago, still feel slight pain in it. anyone alse get this? I was out for about 14 weeks with mine, missed pretty much all my football season for Sevenoaks, was absolutely gutted! Is anyone reallt paranoid when someone goes to touch it? i always flinch and people are like what? why do you do that?

I've left the club for the time being.  Started riding again.  I can do about 3/4 hours then it doesnt hurt, but loses all strength and I have to stop.

I worked out the other day that over the last 2 and a half years, since my 1st operation, I've been fit for 10months total.

There's light at the end of the tunnel boys!  I've got a year and a half now before my next op.  Should be enough time to get back to full fitness and have some blodoy fun!

It still hurts a LOT every day, but it's all healed and stable so riding's cool.  As far as people touching it goes...most of my friends have learnt that it's not wise, and it's a quick way to piss me off or have me in agony  Wink

Good luck everyone!
