Patch up for the weekend ?
« on: April 24, 2008, 10:59:52 AM »

About five weeks ago I landed a bit hard on my pedal after departing it in the air didnt hurt much at the time, bit of a twinge.
Now whenever I've done 2/3 push ups at wharncliffe joint at side of my knee aches like hell, I guess its soft tissue damage.

Bugger is I've got a Moelfre uplift this weekend, how can I patch myself up ? Strap it up tight with bandage and a load of ibruprofen ?
