If you were wondering, it is genuine as that guy is registered on DW and regularly has clearouts of steves kit, he is like a rep/team guy..

Sure its genuine but didn't his 07 bike have a swingarm that directly mounted to the rear axel, this one has a replaceable dropout, more like an 06 v10. Still, top bike.

You'd be getting a stock fork and shock. You won't be buying the black boxed fork and factory development rear shock.

It's his spare bike - for emergencies. IE he'd just swap the shock over and maybe a couple of critical components and be back up the hill while his race bike was being fixed. It never has to be an exact copy of his race bike. . . . .

Pretty good value anyway at that price - history and relatively cheap for a new, custom build.  Wink

Although this is totally lame for me to say, but his email address which is listed searched on facebook gives some mountainbikers but who's not friends with any big names, obviously that doesn't mean anything but the Atherton's are on facebook, so's sorrel (spelling) etc, you'd expect him to be friends with them!

sorry I do realise that comment makes me sound like 13 or something but just thought i'd point that out!
