I've ridden both but I own a shocker...it's just absolutely faultless. It's a bit much to accelerate sometimes (probably cause my build isn't uber light), but once it's at speed it f'ing loves it. Just a really solid frame, feels planted in corners and in the air, and gives very much a feel of being "in" the track rather than on it. As for sundays, I haven't owned one so I can't comment as much as with the shocker, but I really like them. Really low bikes, feel a bit more "skittery" than the shocker, but in a more controlled way. Again a lot of this could be to do with setup though, I own a medium shocker and ridden multiple medium sundays.
only used a sunday, takes a bit of maintenance, my bearings just seized up within a few months. And because the shock is in the position that it is, it gets hammered with dirt constantly. So u have to watch when u go to put air in your shock that its spotlessly clean.
Takes a bit of getting used to aswell but once your used to it, there immense. There comes the day where u just get used to it and its awesome
