sorry thats my fault, I took it off to sort out the sound quality and put some different shots in and the one I uploaded doesnt work for some reason, but I will sort it out on monday when I get back from Maribor.
I think thats an improvement on the previous version. The filming's all good and the editing generally good in my opinion.
I'm a bit confused tho, is this a 'teaser' and they'll be a 'trailer' to follow later, or is this the one short vid that advertises your forth coming film and you now sit back and wait for people to buy it? Cos I'd say its a ok teaser but a very poor trailer.
Where I'm coming from on this is that the video itself says very little about what your film's about. So unless you know the background of it from another source its not very informative. I'll go as far as saying someone stumbling across the vid (and just watching it not reading anything else associated with it) could mistake it for a one off short video, because it doesn't tell you any different. For example had it had some text somewhere in it say some like "A new MTB film, filmed in the UK, with X number of up coming UK riders, coming soon etc etc" then you'd be in doubt what it was about and promoting.
much better that time round! alot clearer on mpora too! very well edited and nicely put together but as before 'variety is the spice of life' if its all just fat riding then its gona get a little bit samey!!
I though i made it obvious by calling it a teaser and having the description as 'some clips of the riders i have filmed with so far' but obviously not.. the films only coming out at the end of this year so its not in any way a trailer, the main reason i put it online was distributers and sponsors were asking for some sample footage, and i thought i would generate some interest so people have heard of it. I'v now got a deal with nike and burgtec and am in the process of getting a distributer sorted so i will probably delete it all together and release the proper trailer in early september some time
