hi , im up near cannock next weekend and was wondering if the timed runs will be on ?

Timed runs are on the 26th of this month

However, there is plenty to do up at Cannock Chase.  You need to go to Stile Cop in Rugeley for the downhill courses.  There are 2 official trails signposted, and a few unofficial ones that any of the locals will be able to point out to you
