Bit of an update...
Basically, i have just been to hospital, no operation woop!! cos the bone isn't displaced enough, so it should heal on its own. They put a full cast from hand to above the elbow and i go back in 2 weeks. If it looks alright by then, then the cast will come off so ma elbow doesn't go 'stiff'. Then its just exercises and stuff like that... Job done!! so much for 6 weeks in a cast... i'm a happy lad Grin Cheesy Tongue

i just went and cleaned out and regreased all the bearings in my frame, while its i pieces wiaitng to be painted lol thats an hour gone  Cheesy

Well I f**ked up my elbow recently as well. Didn't seem bad at all first, got up, cycled home. Went to the hospital the next day, took an x-ray, the nurse said it was fractured, just now it was massively swollen. 3 days later went for our appointment at the fracture clinic with the consultant, who then said it wasn't fractured and I had just given it a very hard knock  Wink
