hi, thanks for your help on this subject, but i got an email back from windwave and apparently there is nothing mechanically wrong with the fork, there is just to much oil in the tst cartridge and it needs re-bled. the email Hi, Yes its a problem from the factory- where theres too much oil in the tst2 cartridge- resulting in it locking out halfway through its travel. We can fix this under warranty. The cartridge just needs removing and it will need rebleeding. If you send the fork to us with a cover note, or a copy of this email- explaining what the problem is. Your contact details, ie- returns address, phone number etc. We also need a copy of receipt/proof of purchase for the forks, from where you brought them from and when, so we can do the work under warranty and claim back for Marzocchi Italy. Kind regards, Steve Servicing & Warranty Units D2-D3, Heritage Business Park, Heritage Way, Gosport, Hampshire. PO12 4BG 023 92 526882 www.windwave.co.uk
