I bought some forks from Chain Reaction Cycles a few weeks back, they delivered me a set of wheels instead!!! sent the wheels back, they were signed for wednesday 7th of May but they havent sent me my forks......... Ive tried ringing about 200 times over the last 3 days and all i get is an engaged tone, they are also ignoring my emails, ive even tried faxing them but nothing!!!! 

Im not sure what to do now?? does anyone have another contact number or email I could try?

I recently exchanged a headset for a different one, after about 2 weeks I e-mailed them and they said they had issued a refund instead and to just order a new headset.

They're normally VERY good.

I've lost count of the amount of things I've bought from them and money I've spent.  Every problem I've ever had has been sorted out immediately with no bother.

Unfortunately it sounds like you're one of the unlucky few who has had problems.

CRC are a massive company some time they are really busy and you jus have to wait ive not used them since i started working at BETD but when i used to use them they were very good and i never had any issues

Sounds like you are just having a bad experience,

Every time i have ever sent something back i have been given a refund immediately and never had any problems at all when ordering something.

The only problem is it took them about a week to reply to an email i sent them once, other than that i have never had any problems.

Just keep bombarding them and they will take notice.

I still havent heard from them but yesterday they paid £10 into my account, im guessing that if to cover the postage back to them.... hopefully they have sent my forks now    i guess ill know next week

Ok, my forks still have not arrived, CRC still havent answered the phone or returned my emaills!!!!!!!

I actually dont know what to do next?  :'(

i have had to phone before no problem, and they even phoned me when they wanted to confirm something. try early on in morning when they just open, lines might not be so busy with it being early.
