they dont feel cold to me usually (unless i scratch my face or chest or something) but when i touch another part of my body ie my foot or my shoulder i can feel how cold my hands are, its usually worse when its cold (obviously) now I'm thinking this is just down to bad circulation or something, anything I can do about it?

Do hand exercises, clench your fists and relax every so often even if you are not cold
