Chain Reaction Cycles.
« on: June 03, 2008, 18:14:38 PM »

Yes another chain reaction cycles topic....

however....

i recently bought my new pedals (dmrv12's and dmr pedalpimpers) off them and much to my suprise after all those people out their getting wheels instead of forks etc...i got exactly what i ordered...the day after

chain reaction cycles always seem to be spot on with me and have never made a mistake..
should i take my futune for granted and laugh at all those misfortuned people? Grin

anyone else like to "bigup" chainreaction cycles for their prompt no hastle services?

thanks

I worked out recently that between me and my brother we've spent around £1500
only one bad experience and they refunded me quick with no problems

Ive spent just under £700 with them an havent until now had to test their after sales service. I have always found them to be fantastic. Now however I have sent some goods back and not recieved the replacement sraight swap items back which were in stock. So I'll have to see how they do really. But apart from that they are fantastic and havent made a single  mistake yet!

Jeeez! and i wondered why I was skint! Add that to my LBS account, then all the 2nd hand stuff I've bought.  I'd rather not think about it.....  Embarrassed

its worrying how expensive our sport is....

when i used to play footy i used to buy the £40 "fake" football boots instead of the £180 od for the "real" ones ....even then i thought that was expensive...but now im paying in 4 figures for bikes and mostly 3 figures for parts  Roll Eyes blooming unberlievable

yer if you are like me (always use CRC and almost no other shops online) and want a nice surprise, go on you previous orders (for me over the last 2 1/2-3 years) and add up how much you've spent  Wink

then think how much a top of the line DH bike with top spec would have cost you in the first place lol

i think the only reason you hear of bad experiences with them is because the sheer amount of people that order off them, they can't be 100% perfect...
