Put the seat up on your bike, go for a gentle XC ride.

Usually helps me clear up.

Get yourself properly hydrated Mikey.

Drink loads of fresh water.

Get a load of vitamin C down you (prefeerably from fresh sources rather than tablets) plenty of fruit and fresh veg, as well as this try and especially get some greens with iron in.

Take a Zinc supplement too.

Zinc and Vit C with water on top of a load of good wholesome food will see you tight quicker than anything else as it should give your immune system the boost it needs.

Oh and since you are vegatarian you may be lacking in whole proteins, get yourself a load of eggs and milk down you so you have some decent whole proteins inside of you too.

I usually drink loads of water and orange juice, eat a lot of fruit and have some vitamin C supplements, and either run of go for a long road ride on my XC bike to sweat it out, but if its hayfever then riding through the countryside might not help.
