I put my porridge in the microwave, but thats the only way ive ever done it so I cant really compare.
Its not so much the tastes but the texture that takes some getting used to, but its nice to have a hot breakfast

hmm im hungry now, fancy some porridge

oh and dont eat bread sticks for breakfast would be my advice, although they do seem to be quite high in carbs (which from this thread I gather its a good thing) I had 37 of them for breakfast this morning, and was hungry about an hour later, lol.
