there is a way to do it....but it's a f'ing nitemare....here goes...

This is described for the left arm.....but reverse the lefts/rights for the right arm.

You need to apply 3 anchor strips

the first goes from your nipple, up over your shoulder to the same point on your back (bit like trouser braces)
the second goes around the side of your body joining the ends of the first piece
the third makes a band around the arm, it sits slighlty towards the shoulder, but on the muscle belly (bulging part of the bicep when you flex the arm).

Now....here's the tough part.

Try to push your shoulder into the socket slightly, imagine the opposite of someone pulling it out....

You need to tape an X.  If you view yourself from the side you tape from the right of the arm (tricep area) cross the medial deltoid (bluge at the top of the arm) to the anchor going accross the top of the body and fasten it on the front side on the body, near the collar bone.

Now the reverse, bicep, accross the medial deltoid and secure on the back...you should see an X shape occuring.  Do this once, or twice more, but over lap it by 1/2

To finish, put on another couple of pieces in the same position as anchor strips 1 & 2 to secure everything

J man seems to have a good strap idea there but go into most sports shops and you can find shoulder straps.
After i snapped myn i didnt use any support for it and it didnt feel like it needed any. Just clicks all the time Smiley

cheers guys, given the two choices i think I'll go for the second lol, sounds a little bit easier to me lol

I've been lookin on the 661 website and i noticed they do one,  any ideas if thin is going to be the same as in a sports shop but for twice the cost because it has 661 written on it, or would it be better

How bad's the damage buddy?  I shattered mine, wrecked it and had some damage to my AC joint which meant it kept semi-separating...

I spent £150 on a Donjoy shoulder support that is amazing!
