You can still turn up on the day and ride without being booked into the Uplift, we'll have someone on the gate to the park checking for day passes and/or Uplift passes, everyone will be checked (Members you'll be checked too, lots of memberships have now elapsed so bring a fiver with you if you want to ride).

The whole park's going to be like Piccadilly Circus on Sunday so we'll be emailing out a list of points to remember for everybody attending. Stuff about displaying your Uplift pass correctly (every second a bike loader wastes looking for a pass is potentially holding up the lorry), not stopping in the middle of a trail to text your mate, just cos you've seen a pic of someone riding the Ally, you can ride it too....walk the trail, ride with in your limits! etc etc. I'll post a copy up here when we have it....

that looks mint! especially a photo of someone riding over another rider, if timed correctly it would look awesome!

Even better, a wider angle would get Dirty Bomb in, which is just off to the left of the picture!

What does this new trail consist of and where does it start and where does it end? It looks phenomenal from just that single photo. Really looking forward to riding it, along with this new start platform and the 4X track.

It's going to be a very busy weekend, with tons of you turning up we have a few rules with we need you guys to comply with - this to keep everyone safe and to get most out of the day - it's all common sense really...........

ALL Under 18s must have an adult to sign them in on the day and take responsibility for them whilst on site.

Helmets must be worn by all riders (Full face and body armour highly recommend!)

All non members must still pay £5 for a day pass to ride in the park.

Uplift Passes must be correctly displayed (folded around gear or brake line on front of bike, just below bars), you'll not be allowed to board uplift vehicles without a correctly displayed pass. Day passes are not accepted as uplift passes.

Do not waste your time, our time and everybody else's trying to get on the Uplift without a valid pass.

Ride within the limits of your ability, walk and inspect any trail features you are unfamiliar with, taking care not to obstruct the trail and be a danger to other riders.

DO NOT PUSH UP TRAILS! Use the push up routes provided.

If you need to stop on the trail for any reason, then do so in a place where you will not obstruct other riders.

Please report any safety issues to a park volunteer or at the Cabin.

DO NOT DROP LITTER (if found doing so you'll be banned from enjoying the park in the future)

Have fun, be courteous and stay safe on the trails....

The line is short (like all the ladder Ally tracks) and starts after the 1st new Ladder launch pictured, it contains 6 features (among them 2 small skate ramps)  which you'll have to ride well to get the most out of the trail. It finishes (optional) on the last Ladder of Ladder Ally.

Btw people the weather is now looking iffy for the weekend  :'( Everything will still go ahead, it's just going to slow things a little (and make the organisers lives difficult) so bear with us. If it does shower on the day, we'll shut the Ally for everyones safety til it drys out a little, you'll just have to go and ride one of the other 7 Dh tracks or play on the 4x.......... boo hoo!  Grin

Guys, a fews of my friends were supposed to be getting a lift with me for the uplift but my parents booked a holiday after I signed up so that means we can't come. About 5 of us. I also know quite a few(about 15) that have signed up and now can't make it due to changes in circumstances.
Just a heads up.

There will probably also be a few unable to make it with this whole petrol thing at the moment. Me and my mate have been making sure we have enough in our cars to get us there!
