Look at Lowepro and Crumpler. Not cheap, but the best.

Dakine bags are as rare as hens teeth.. most of the ones you'll find on a google search arent actually in stock.. I went round most of 'em  Roll Eyes

Lowepro do good bags!

I've a Dakine Mission, its really good. Plenty of space in the block, holds a 40d, 70-200mm f/4L, 50mm f/1.4, 17-40 f/4L, 430ex, STE2, and a fair few filters and caps etc and would fit another flashgun easily, then theres a mount for a tripod and enough room in the front for everything as well as a jumper above the block.

I got mine from here as they had the digi camo one (last one I could find anywhere) which is much nicer and got next day delivery free, the service was awesome and its really comfy and sturdy with solid zips, you can also take out the camera block to use normally.

When it comes down to it you really need to make sure the bag offers protection instead of worrying about looking like a fashion fail.

The Dakine is nice but i couldn't find one in stock when i bought my bag, so i opted for a Lowepro.
Ensure it has nice padding and lots of it, your gona be putting alot of money in that bag!

Although i must admit some of the camera rucksacks are just plain ridiculous..

I wouldn't mind a backpack style one too, but i really don't get why they're so expensive apart from adding a premium as they know people put expensive stuff in them and will probably pay out.

Solid bags anyway, for a decent pack you spend about 40 odd quid, then you put what is essentially another camera bag in them which is about 30 quid...and don't forget brand, you pay for that too. Also, you'd pay 70 odd for a Camelbak and they're rubbish really.

My Dakine Mission bag turned up yesterday and I'm already loving it. Used it this morning to get all my kit into work (10 mile ride) and it's so comfy with plenty of room. It kept the tripod still the whole way. Atm I am very impressed with it, plus it looks cool.
