I've a Dakine Mission, its really good. Plenty of space in the block, holds a 40d, 70-200mm f/4L, 50mm f/1.4, 17-40 f/4L, 430ex, STE2, and a fair few filters and caps etc and would fit another flashgun easily, then theres a mount for a tripod and enough room in the front for everything as well as a jumper above the block. I got mine from here as they had the digi camo one (last one I could find anywhere) which is much nicer and got next day delivery free, the service was awesome and its really comfy and sturdy with solid zips, you can also take out the camera block to use normally.
