I'm confused, is this the Welsh Champs, Rd 4 or both? Can anyone enter or do you have to be Welsh?

its the welsh champs

round 4 is mtn ash

anyone can enter. the highest place welsh person in thier respective cat will be crowned welsh champ

I was thinking about doing this with my mate for our first race. Is this type of course suitable for our first race or should we start somewhere else?
