bike was fine just a rear puncture

 as for helmet im a genuine d*ck for not wearing one (i will admit)

 now with a broken finger, a nearly broken hip and arm which i haves pins and wires running through anyway otherwise all good

 typical my dads in america and i kill myself/ mum hates going to hospital with broken bones even though she works there and now with no school i cant ride or work  Undecided
