I'm going away with some friends in a few weeks and we are staying near Cardigan (Mid/South Wales). Prior to going we'd like to know what DH trails there are in the area so we can get some biking in.

Does anyone know what trails are around there please?

There is a bike shop in Cardigan which should be able to point you in the right direction.

Don't think there is and DH around though. I took my bike when we went out that way and the only riding was roads/country lanes.
