actually what were you given those for, other than to stick up on the forum, if they are not for a medical reason, ie you go private and need them to show the private doctor, there could be a issue of patient confidentiality...i know its you but its pretty complicated and could get people into some serious sh@t
Nope, no charge. I got given these X-Rays on CD, as I'm going to a different Hospital to get my injuries checked. And it's all NHS too. They even said I could look on the CD if I wanted to have a look at my images. Admittedly there's no way within the X-Ray viewer to 'save' the images, but it didn't take me too long to figure out a way (Screenshots + quick Photoshop cropping) Besides, I'm not bothered about my own 'confidentiality' - it's my bloody leg! I've edited out anything I didn't want to publish. Ali

ahh if its for another nhs hospital, its no problemo and no charge , as far as nhs loosing stuff, most hospitals in east anglia are now linked for radiology, so we just send it down the link, bish bosh no lost films, except when the buncfield oil depo place went bang, for addenbrookes at least cause we had our servers about 20 cm from it, whole hospital network went down, i was working at the time, now that was a fun shift! doctor says i have a patient on intensive care, i need to see his chest film asap, me says errr no sorry! fun fun fun
