That doesnt look pretty!  Good luck with your recovery buddy.

Strange question but how does it feel to have screws in your bones  Undecided ?

Odd question or what!  I'd be surprised if he could really feel screws at all...

Looks badddd mate, wish you a full and speedy recovery!

I nailed the triple for the first time (first trip too haha) the other month, and on a few attempts came up painfully short, straight over my bars, head first onto the landing and straight down the track bike-less!
Got it the next try though, it's a b'tard to learn but once done once it just gets easier and easier Smiley

actually what were you given those for, other than to stick up on the forum, if they are not for a medical reason, ie you go private and need them to show the private doctor, there could be a issue of patient confidentiality...i know its you but its pretty complicated and could get people into some serious sh@t

Nope, no charge.  I got given these X-Rays on CD, as I'm going to a different Hospital to get my injuries checked.  And it's all NHS too.
They even said I could look on the CD if I wanted to have a look at my images.  Admittedly there's no way within the X-Ray viewer to 'save' the images, but it didn't take me too long to figure out a way (Screenshots + quick Photoshop cropping)

Besides, I'm not bothered about my own 'confidentiality' - it's my bloody leg!  I've edited out anything I didn't want to publish.

Not if it's the patient showing everybody. I've just had a broken nose and received a copy of most forms about my condition, operation and discharge so wouldn't have thought it was too odd having copies of X-rays etc. And for reasons like being treated at a different NHS hospital, i reckon it makes more sense to let the patient deliver them than rely on the NHS getting it there. (Not slagging the NHS but they're naturally busy and not everything goes to plan).

ahh if its for another nhs hospital, its no problemo and no charge , as far as nhs loosing stuff, most hospitals in east anglia are now linked for radiology, so we just send it down the link, bish bosh no lost films, except when the buncfield oil depo place went bang, for addenbrookes at least cause we had our servers about 20 cm from it, whole hospital network went down, i was working at the time, now that was a fun shift! doctor says i have a patient on intensive care, i need to see his chest film asap, me says errr no sorry! fun fun fun

I swear the guys at Bedford Hospital must be getting pretty darn good at this... every Xray on here has "Bedford Hospital" in the corner.

But anyway, unlucky mate... get better soon
