UST Question / deemax 2006 wheel set tyre seating problems

Right I have got some new wheels which are UST
But I am not running ust tyres I am using  Mitchlien hot s
and for some reason it dose not seat right a small section of the tyre has gone a bit egged sharped on front and the rear and I am unable to seat the whole tyre right
Is it because i am running a tube in it
Any help would be great

mix up some washing up liquid and water in a spray bottle then spray all over the tyre bead and rim, then pump up hard

hard is not 60psi, i had to get mine to 90psi to seat properly will probably make a loud ping type noise when it seats

as said above, soap up your bead/rim and pump up hard. it will seat, nothing to worry about

It will, think about a road bike with 120psi.

I guess it just a case of the bead being harder to seat/having a stronger seating than a standard rim so it takes a higher pressure to pop it on, but once on happy days
