2007 totem 2 step problem....

I've got a set of 2007 RS totom 2 steps and the travel adjustment has stopped working. So the travel can no longer be reduced. Someone  told me its a common fault anybody else heard of this?

yes, i think you mean the totem 2 steps and there is a known fault with this fork thats why rockshox dont produce the 2 step air version for 2008

Speak to your LBS, RS will offer you a free swap to Solo Air.

would you need to produce a receipt for them to give you the free swap?
and is it certain that they will or do they choose on individual circumstances like if somebody was to crash etc?
