Right, i'm trying to order a new TSG helmet from them and i'm not sure if its actually placed the order.

It insists on using the single most awkward payment system EVER and at the end it didnt say "your order has been placed", there was just a page that said "click here to retry", but not saying what went wrong?

I'll ring them tomorrow but has anybody else had these problems?
It's so damned awkward to use!

Because paypal are bad for merchants unless they are accepting £50k plus of monthly transactions, then they are slightly better, but still bad.

If you look in the 'My account' section you can veiw your orders, also you would have recieved an order confirmation if it went through so if you haven't then there might have been a problem going through checkout.

Give them a ring tomorrow and you'll be sorted out. Wink

Hi guys,

Sorry to hear you are having problems.  We have seen this problem before and PayPal assured us they fixed it...I will investigate.  It would help loads if you could tell us whether you are trying to pay using your PayPal account or whether you are using your credit/debit card?

Anyway, as Keeny says, if anyone has any problems at all, please call us on 01789 868246 and we will take your payment over the phone or send you a PayPal invoice (so you can use your PayPal account).

Cheers!
