Best cheap rim?

It needs to be 26" with 32 holes and bombproof as it's a rear wheel.

DMR Dee Vee seems to fit that.

I have a 24" wheel with that rim. The spokes seem to brake from time to time. Maybe it was a bad wheel build.

but i only suggested it to meet as many points as possible, cheap, 32h, 26".

Possibly, XM/EN 321, EN 521, EX 721 or similar...

Not overally heavy either...  Wink
