Already have, they want me to send it back in but with no garuntee of a fix and no replacement units in stock for weeks. im out in france for the season so dont want to waste the postage sending it back. Was wondering if anybody else had the same problem and any quick fixes untill i can source a new damper.

I had the same problem when I was abroad. There is a small o-ring at the top that was damaged. The local shop replaced it with one from a spare motion control unit out of some xc fork they had lying around. That sorted it. All the problems I have had with that fork are always down to o-rings usually perishing or unseating, they don't last long.

Don't know who said no guarantee of a fix or a replacement, we have MoCo's in stock ATM so if worst came to worst we would just swap it out.
But it is just most likely just the top O-ring, so if you can find a replacement that is cool too.
